Phoenix General Manager of Basketball Operations Simon Mitchell thanked Bleijenbergh for his time in Australia.
“We wish Vrenz and his family all the best moving forward and thank them for their time with the Phoenix,” Mitchell said.
Bleijenbergh also said his time with the Phoenix, although short, was memorable.
“I've enjoyed my time at the Phoenix and will look fondly on our time here and in Australia.” Bleijenbergh said.
The Phoenix will now look ahead to replace their final import spot for the Hungry Jack’s NBL26 season. In the interim, Pat Ryan has been elevated to the main roster.
