The Phoenix co-captains are keeping their partnership going during the off-season as they head to the South American nation of Puerto Rico to team up with Santeros de Aguada.

Owen Foxwell – Taranaki Airs (NZ NBL)
Young gun Owen Foxwell is heading over the ditch to team-up with Phoenix assistant coach Sam Mackinnon who is the head coach of the New Zealand NBL team, Taranaki Airs.

Ben Ayre – EWE Baskets Oldenburg (BBL Germany)
Ben Ayre will also head to Germany to play for EWE Baskets Oldenburg as an injury replacement for the remainder of their season.

Matt Kenyon – Logan Thunder (NBL1 North)
Matt Kenyon will head back up North to Queensland to play for the Logan Thunder during the off-season.

Tom Vodanovich – Auckland Tuatara (NZ NBL)
The big Kiwi will run it back with the Auckland Tuatara back in his home country as the side look for redemption after going down in the NZ NBL Grand Final last year to Canterbury Rams.

Luke Rosendale / Majok Majok – Ballarat Miners (NBL1 South)
Development player Luke Rosendale and Majok Majok will re-join the Ballarat Miners for the off-season as they look to go another step further after going down in the NBL1 South Grand Final to Eltham Wildcats. The duo will once again link up with Phoenix assistant coach Luke Brennan who is the head coach for Ballarat.

Sam Mackinnon – Head Coach Taranaki Airs (NZ NBL)
Assistant coach Sam Mackinnon will once again take the reins of the Airs for his second season as head coach.

Luke Brennan – Head Coach Ballarat Miners (NBL1 South)
Assistant coach Luke Brennan will also go into his second season as head coach to the NBL1 South team Ballarat Miners, where he took them to the Grand Final in 2024.
