For any membership enquiries, our membership desk will be located on the Western side of the concourse near door 4 pre-game. Members can pick up player cards from the season (subject to availability).

To make your entry to the Fire Pit seamless, we suggest to download your ticket, make sure you have your phone's brightness turned up and dark mode off before you arrive to your entry gate for faster entry.

We understand that sometimes tickets can seem to go missing. Don't worry, they're just a few clicks away and can be found online via your Ticketek Account or via the Ticketek App:  

• To access your tickets via your online Ticketek Account: Log in to the account you purchased your tickets with and go to "Order History"
• To access your tickets via the Ticketek App: go to the "Tickets" tab.

MEMBERS DISCOUNT ON FINALS TICKETS:

Members can receive 10% off finals home tickets. Simply enter your 14-digit membership barcode to the password section before selecting your seats via Ticketek.

How to Get to Fire Pit!

Please plan your trip to John Cain Arena HERE. The precinct will be busy pre- and post-game with an AFL game happening at the MCG and a concert at Margaret Court Arena.

We strongly encourage to use public transport with extra services expected to run across trains and trams. Please note there is bus replacements on the Werribee, and Belgrave lines. To plan your journey visit, www.ptv.vic.gov.au

The Eastern Car Park is SOLD OUT for Saturday's game.

Other parking options include along the Yarra River, Richmond or in the CBD.

Pre-Game Entertainment 

Make sure to be in your seats by 5:05pm to catch the pre-game entertainment.

The show will be hosted by our MC Ash Aidone and Court Announcer Tyson Whelan, along with the usual favourites of our TRADIE Phoenix Flames and everyone's favourite mascot Birdman.

What's Happening at the Fire Pit

On the Southern concourse the Tyrepower half court will be set up to test your skills pre-game. Plus, Birdman and the TRADIE Phoenix Flames will be roaming on the concourse to snap some photos and get you ready for the game.

See how high you can jump at the Tyrepower Jump Test, next to the membership desk near door 2. Try and beat the players scores.

STANLEY will be on the Western Concourse with your chance to win if you can get a STANLEY Tape Measure to stand at 5 metres. Plus, the MSF court will be on the outer concourse to shoot hoops before the game.

Merchandise Store

iAthletic will be set up the Southern Concourse to get all your Phoenix gear for games. Our finals merch with 'Our Time' will be available at the game to purchase! Phoenix members will be able to get a 10% discount if they show their membership card.

Ingles Sensory Room

If you are in need of a quiet space, John Cain Arena has teamed up with Kulture City, the Ingles family and the Inclusion Project for all home games at JCA.

To access to the sensory room, the Inclusion Project will help you out. They are located on the concourse pre-game in pink t-shirts and sunflower lanyards. You can also access the space via Lift 1 to Suite level, this area is staffed by the Inclusion Project staff and an Occupational Therapist who have undergone specific training.
