Members can pick up their member scarves, please bring your coupon from your membership pack. Members can pick up the next player cards of Ellis Biggar and Austin Foxwell, plus previous player cards which will be available to collect from the desk throughout the season.

Download your ticket, make sure you have your phone's brightness turned up and dark mode off before you arrive to your entry gate for faster entry.

We understand that sometimes tickets can seem to go missing. Don't worry, they're just a few clicks away and can be found online via your Ticketek Account or via the Ticketek App:  

• To access your tickets via your online Ticketek Account: Log in to the account you purchased your tickets with and go to "Order History"
• To access your tickets via the Ticketek App: go to the "Tickets" tab.

6TH MAN MEMBERS INFORMATION:

6th Man General Admission members do not need to purchase or redeem a ticket and can scan their memberships upon entry. 6th Man Members can enter via doors 1, 3, 5 and 7, and can sit in sections 29, 34, 43 and 48 and upper level sections.

How to Get to Fire Pit!

Please plan your trip to John Cain Arena HERE. The precinct will be busy with a game at AAMI Park with the A-League.

The Eastern Car Park is SOLD OUT for Saturday's game.

Other parking options include along the Yarra River, Richmond or in the CBD.

Pre- Game Entertainment 

Make sure to be in your seats by 7:35pm to catch the pre-game entertainment.

The show will be hosted by our MC Ash Aidone and Court Announcer Tyson Whelan, along with the usual favourites of our TRADIE Phoenix Flames and everyone's favourite mascot Birdman.

What's Happening at the Fire Pit

On the Southern concourse the Tyrepower half court will be set up to test your skills pre-game. Plus, Birdman and the TRADIE Phoenix Flames will be roaming on the concourse to snap some photos and get you ready for the game.

STANLEY are back on concourse to test how high you can get a STANLEY tape measure. Hit 5 metres and win a free STANLEY hat, and if you don't hit the mark you can get a free STANLEY mini tape measure.

See how high you can jump at the Tyrepower Jump Test, next to the membership desk near door 2. Try and beat the players scores.

Merchandise Store

iAthletic will be set up the Southern Concourse to get all your Phoenix gear for games. Phoenix members will be able to get a 10% discount if they show their membership card.

If you are in need of a quiet space, John Cain Arena has teamed up with Kulture City, the Ingles family and the Inclusion Project for all home games at JCA.

To access to the sensory room, the Inclusion Project will help you out. They are located on the concourse pre-game in pink t-shirts and sunflower lanyards. You can also access the space via Lift 1 to Suite level, this area is staffed by the Inclusion Project staff and an Occupational Therapist who have undergone specific training.
