All tickets must be purchased via AXS. Download the AXS app and get ready for the NBL27 season.

To make your entry to the Fire Pit seamless, make sure you have your phone's brightness turned up and dark mode off before you arrive to your entry gate for faster entry.

You can access your tickets via the AXS app which can be used without WiFi or mobile data.

Memberships

For any membership enquiries, our membership desk will be located on the Western side of the concourse near door 4 pre-game. You can collect your Phoenix membership scarf from the membership desk, just show your membership card to redeem.

Members can pick up the next player card at the membership desk. Previous player cards will be available to collect from the desk throughout the season.

MEMBERS ENTRY

All members can scan their physical/e-membership card upon entry to home games at John Cain Arena via Gate 7 on Olympic Boulvard from East and West sides.

6TH MAN MEMBERS

General Admission members do not need to redeem tickets to the home game, just scan your membership card upon entry into the game.

6th Man Members can enter via doors 1, 3, 5 and 7, and can sit in sections 29, 34, 43 and 48 and upper level sections.

POST-GAME MEMBER FUNCTION

Members, there will be post-game function in the Eastern Lounge 15 minutes post buzzer. Hear from selected Phoenix players before a signing and photo opportunity.

Please have your membership cards on you to gain access to the room.

Outer doors open 6pm - entry via Gate 7 on Olympic Boulvard from East and West sides.

Inner doors open 6:30pm

Please note that John Cain Arena is a cashless stadium - card payments are the only payment.

How to Get to Fire Pit!

The precinct will be VERY busy on Saturday night - Please plan your trip to John Cain Arena HERE. There are events happening at Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena and AAMI Park.

We strongly encourage to use public transport to travel to the game. To plan your journey visit, www.ptv.vic.gov.au

The Eastern Car Park is SOLD OUT for Saturday's game.

Other parking options include along the Yarra River, Richmond or in the CBD.

Pre-Game Entertainment 

Make sure to be in your seats by 7pm to catch the pre-game show hosted by MC Sarah-Maree and Court Announcer Tyson Whelan.

Along with the usual favourites of our TRADIE Phoenix Flames and everyone's favourite mascot Birdman. It will be an afternoon of tradie-inspired fun throughout the game so keep an on the big screen and Birdman!

What's Happening on the Concourse

The MSF Half-Court will be located on the Western side of the outer concourse - get your shots up before coming into the game. Check out some snazzy cars out the front all thanks to Ringwood Automotive Group, you could even win one!

Inside, STANLEY tools will be activating between doors 4 and 6 with prizes up for grabs! Plus the Tyrepower half-court will be set up to test your shooting skills.

Plus get a photos with our TRADIE Phoenix Flames and Birdman roaming around pre-game.

Ingles Sensory Room

If you are in need of a quiet space, John Cain Arena has teamed up with Kulture City, the Ingles family and the Inclusion Project for all home games at JCA.

To access to the sensory room, the Inclusion Project will help you out. They are located on the concourse pre-game in pink t-shirts and sunflower lanyards. You can also access the space via Lift 1 to Suite level, this area is staffed by the Inclusion Project staff and an Occupational Therapist who have undergone specific training.
