The 79-70 result went the way of the Wildcats on Saturday Night at Dandenong Stadium, with Phoenix assistant coach Luke Brennan and Development Player Luke Rosendale resigned to second place with the Ballarat Miners.
Only three points separated the Miners as they took the lead into the main break before the Wildcats had a 47-31 second half to secure the championship.
Shooting guard Glover continued his dominance in the finals campaign, scoring 30 points and being named the game's MVP.

Alongside Glover, Foxwell recorded 26 points, seven rebounds, six assists and three steals in Eltham's victory.
On the other side, shortlisted in the Defensive Player of the Year, Rosendale had nine points and four rebounds in the heartbreaking loss for Ballarat.

The three players now return as a unit to the Phoenix to help the NBL side strive for their first championship.
