It's time to find out who the GOAT player of the Phoenix is from our players past and present, decided by you!
Keifer Sykes has advanced to the final quarter-finals and will face the winner of the final round of 16 match-up.
The next match-up is between the knockdown shooter Ben Madgen against much-loved 'Rowdy' Ryan Broekhoff.
BEN MADGEN
Games: 28 | PPG: 12.1 | RPG: 4.7 | APG: 1.8 | SPG: 0.5
A knockdown shooter who would find plenty of wing space and finish the open look, Madgen formed a vital part of the team’s offence in NBL20.
Synonymous with finishing through contact, you could often put your glass down when Madgen was steaming towards the rim with just a defender between him and a score. A great exponent of the Eurostep and his off-balance finishing became enviable.
RYAN BROEKHOFF
Games: 57 | PPG: 9.4 | RPG: 4.8 | APG: 0.7 | SPG: 1.0
Broekhoff will go down as one of the greatest three-point shooters in Australian history. He found a place for himself with the Dallas Mavericks as a spot-up shooter and carried that reputation with him in the NBL.
Would often times pull up beyond-the-arc and drain the triple, much to the delight of the Heartland fans, but had the speed and ability to finish under heavy contact proving his all-round capabilities.
