South East Melbourne Phoenix will travel to Tasmania in early September for two Hungry Jacks NBL23 pre-season games against NBL22 runners-up the Tasmania JackJumpers.
This will be the first chance for the full Phoenix roster to play together before the NBL Blitz kicks off in Darwin on September 16.
Phoenix will head to the North and North West Tasmania giving the basketball communities there a taste of NBL action.
Phoenix will play the JackJumpers on Tuesday September 6 at Ulverstone Sports and Leisure Centre and again Thursday September 8 at Elphin Sports Centre, both games will tip-off at 6:30pm.
Both games will be live streamed for Phoenix fans back in Melbourne via NBL YouTube and South East Melbourne's Facebook page.

"We're excited for the team to have a hit out ahead of the Blitz. It will be nice to see the NBL's two newest franchises have an early season hit out," Phoenix CEO Tommy Greer said.
Phoenix fans will get their first look at the import backcourt of Gary Browne and Trey Kell as they battle it out against the JackJumpers newest recruits of Milton Doyle and Rashard Kelly. As well as the passionate Alan ‘Big Sauce’ Williams who will cause trouble around the rim.
The games will provide as a teaser for Phoenix and JackJumpers fans before the two sides meet for the first game of the NBL23 season on October 1 at the Fire Pit.
Phoenix will then head to Darwin for the NBL Blitz from September 16 for more pre-season games against Adelaide 36ers, Perth Wildcats, and the Sydney Kings across the week.
