Following AXS's appointment as the official ticketing provider for Melbourne Park from August 22nd, South East Melbourne Phoenix fans will be among the first to experience the global ticketing platform, with the club electing to use AXS for its upcoming pre-season campaign.
The move gives members and fans the opportunity to become familiar with the AXS platform ahead of the NBL27 season, while introducing new digital technology designed to deliver a more streamlined and convenient ticket purchasing experience.
Phoenix Consumer Manager Nick Mansfield said the club was excited to begin working with AXS and provide fans with an early opportunity to experience the platform.
"With AXS being announced as the ticketing provider for Melbourne Park, we saw this as a great opportunity to introduce our fans to the platform during pre-season," Mansfield said.
"AXS has a strong global reputation and we're looking forward to giving our members and fans a seamless ticketing experience as we build towards the NBL27 season."
The Phoenix will begin their pre-season campaign against college team Saint Mary's, August 16 at the State Basketball Centre, with tickets available through AXS from Friday, July 10 with members getting early access from 9am before on sale to general public from 3pm.
