Phoenix to Celebrate Members This Sunday

South East Melbourne Phoenix will celebrate their passionate and loyal members for their final home game at the Fire Pit on Sunday afternoon.

This season members have been rewarded for every game they have attended, not only with the league's best home record but with increased chances to drive away in a brand-new MG from Ringwood MG.

As a member, if you have been to every Phoenix home game this season, you will have 630 entries; if you attend Sunday, that number will increase by another 500.  Over 1000 chances to win a brand new MG from Ringwood MG.

As the Phoenix take the floor to take on the Adelaide 36ers off-court, it is all about the Phoenix members. The sea of green that supports the club day in and day out, they are the 6th man that helps the team find that extra energy when they need it.

"The members are absolutely everything to us; they're our 6th man all year. Showing up to the games all year, cheering us on. Can't wait to see everyone down there, expect some green face paint going against the 36ers," said co-captain Kyle Adnam.

Starting the day off, Courtside and Heartland members will have a special pre-game member function in the Western Lounge from 12:30 pm. There will be a member-only entry at Gate 6, so make sure to take advantage of it.

All members will be able to access the post-game members function in the Western Lounge after the buzzer has sound. Come and mingle with your fellow members and even meet some of your favourite Phoenix players.

If you were at least season's member appreciation game, you might remember George and Andrew hitting a three for their NBL23 memberships. Well, 3 for Free is back, with five lucky members will be chosen to shoot for their NBL24 memberships at half-time.

"A big thank you to our members. We love your support; we appreciate you every time you come out. You give us that energy, that extra boost to make us win. Without you, it's hard to win some of these games. Thank you so much," said Junior Madut.

Pre-game, head to the Southern Concourse, where you can dance with our TRADIE Phoenix Flames. Also, get your cameras ready, as you can get a photo with Santa Birdman.

The fun doesn't stop there; all members can redeem free popcorn!
