The 21-year-old is showing his potential to NBA scouts as he plays for the NBL Next Stars at the Adidas Eurocamp, alongside Phoenix teammate Malique Lewis and New Zealand Breakers Next Star Karim Lopez. The team is being coached by NBA legend Phil Handy in Italy.
The squad faced off against Eurocamp and Team World in their first two games and came away 2–0, heading into the finals. Foxwell lit up the court in Game 1, recording 19 points and five steals in a five-point win. He returned to the floor the next day with a quieter performance, finishing with five points and seven rebounds in the win over Team World.

The team heads into the final month of the regular season with an 8–16 record, currently sitting sixth on the ladder as they push for a top-four finish and a finals berth.
