Majok, a three-time NBL championship winner, was most recently a member of the Tasmania JackJumpers roster as a nominated replacement player (NRP).
Prior to that, the South Sudanese-born big spent time with the Perth Wildcats, New Zealand Breakers and Melbourne United.
Majok will provide vast experience at the five spot after eight seasons in the league.
Phoenix General Manager of Basketball Operations Simon Mitchell said Majok would be a great asset for the team as we chase a maiden NBL championship.
“Majok will bring added depth and veteran savvy to our frontline, his size and prowess on the boards will be a great addition to the Phoenix squad,” Mitchell said.
“This completes our playing roster, so the club can now focus on bringing this new roster together on the floor.”
The Phoenix have the ability to sign two more development players to the roster, although this is not a requirement.
